I stopped in and ordered a Reuben, because I judge a sandwich shop based on favorites like that and was very impressed. I also got the cheddar broccoli soup and it was so damn good! I mean REALLY good! I had also read that the brownies made are exceptional and I will definitely stop by for more. I think that this would be a great restaurant to possibly use for catering in the future and look forward to it.

In a world of commercialized chain restaurants which serve pre-packaged, pre-prepared, post-fresh ingredients; Pepper Tree is an epiphany. Situated in what appears to be a house turned restaurant an apt description would be homey (cliche yet appropriate). EXPANSIVE menu of sandwiches, hot subs, burgers, chicken wings, etc. the fare is definitely american sandwich-esque. Prices are quite reasonable: i had a 12 inch caribbean chicken sandwich for $7.50 which was filling and delicious. Pepper Tree utilizes fresh store bought ingredients that remind me of a sandwich i would make at home...but in a great way. The flavors are simple and delicious. Truly WYTIWYG (what you taste is what you get). My only criticism of Pepper Tree is that it is located in Palm Bay. I will frequent this place for lunch when im working in the area...i just wish it had a location in Orlando.

Their sandwiches are only OK (go to Jim Jay's BBQ or Las Palmas or Tropical Smoothies for a better sandwich). The brownies, though, are some of the best I've ever eaten. You all know I choose my lunch by what I'll be eating for dessert, so I'll be eating here a lot more often.

Working not far from this sandwich shop, I gotta say this little place is a jewel. The owner is terrific and the staff is second to none with really quick service. They have a huge menu of all kinds of sandwiches. This restaurant gets busy at noon but if you get their at 11:30 you'll beat the rush. Most importantly, the sandwiches are really delicious and keep me coming back regularly.
